As I was making my morning coffee I noticed a blanket on the couch and decided to fold it and put away. I am not a big fan of “stuff” being out and with the two legged home from college I usually spend a few minutes each morning putting the house back in order.
Just as I was about to grab the blanket it moved! The two legged was sleeping on the couch. I woke him to see why he was on the couch vs. his nice bed only to find out that Bailey is up in his bed and his leg was cramping so he decided to sleep on the couch and give her the bed. Seriously??
No! We are taking back the house. I love Riley, Rufus, and Bailey, but the two legged need to be able to sleep in their own bed! I marched up the steps to get Bailey out of the bed and she just rolled over and went back to sleep. I told her five times she needed to get out of the bed and come downstairs.
So she is still in the bed. The two legged is on the couch and I am at work. Bailey is alpha and apparently “taking back the house” will take some time!
