Bailey and I snuck out of the house to pick Grammie up from work. It was almost 60 degrees and the perfect time to beat the winter blues. I heard a horrible rumor that snow is in the forecast later this week! At this point we are over winter and want to start planting flowers and eating on the porch. I even heard a neighbor running their lawn mower this morning!
We hopped in the truck and hit the road as Rufus had a meltdown from the front window. When I spend time with just Bailey I realize what a “normal dog” she is. Riley and Rufus are high maintenance and have so many quirks. Bailey is just easy! She loves to drive and goes with the flow. How she ended up at the shelter is beyond me. Bailey is laid back, loves to cuddle, and with the exception of the mailman loves everyone she meets. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is very smart. She doesn’t bite and has never had an accident. Literally the perfect dog! As I am writing this she is humping her brother…so close to normal!
